UMI presents its 1st Annual Happy Hour(s) of H.O.P.E. & Expo, promoting Health, Optimism, Prevention, and Education.
JACKSONVILLE, FL (OCT 2024) —UMI Stone proudly hosted its first annual H.O.P.E. event in partnership with the Donna Foundation, a powerful advocate for breast cancer awareness and support. The event, held at our Jacksonville, FL location, brought together survivors, advocates, and community members in a shared mission to promote Health, Optimism, Prevention, and Education—the core pillars of H.O.P.E.
We were honored to have the event emceed by Eden Kendall from 99.9 Gator Country Radio and Christine Stone from the Uncluttered and Unfiltered podcast, setting the stage for an inspiring afternoon. The heart of the event featured local survivors who courageously shared their stories of hope and resilience, reminding us all of the importance of community and support during the most challenging times. Their words moved everyone present, serving as a testament to the strength and spirit of those affected by breast cancer.
Passionate vendors and local businesses showcased their services, from beauty and wellness to baked goods and yoga, all committed to supporting those affected by breast cancer. These vendors included Red Velvet Boutique, Pound It Out Bakery, Oliveda Pharmacy, Cora Physical Therapy, Smackin Seafood and Wings, Shine Anyways Clothing Co., and Aesthetix Plus Medical Spa.
We at UMI Stone are deeply committed to supporting the fight against breast cancer, not only through events like HOPE but in our ongoing efforts within the community. We are especially honored to have survivors among our team, whose courage and determination continue to inspire us every day as we work together toward a future filled with hope and health for all.
